What does our organization earn?
Your organization earns 30% of eligible apple product sales, with no upfront costs. Tax and delivery charges do not count toward fundraising earnings. Final earnings reflect cancellations, refunds, and any agreed adjustments.
What happens after we sign up?
Amy’s reviews your request, confirms timing and fulfillment details, and prepares your fundraiser. We then send your ordering link. Submitting the form does not reserve dates or open a fundraiser immediately.
How do supporters order and receive their apples?
Supporters open your group’s ordering page and enter quantities. The group is selected automatically. Your organizer coordinates distribution using the delivery or pickup arrangement confirmed with Amy’s.
Can purchases support an individual participant?
Yes. Supporters can enter a student or participant name on the ordering page, while every purchase still counts toward the group’s total.
