About Us

Just about everything at Amy's Candy Kitchen is freshly hand made by our gourmet chocolatiers. Amy's Candy Kitchen has been a local retail confectioner since 1996 and has made every effort to continually improve our award winning quality. Our retail store and 19th century open-concept kitchen is located in historic Cedarburg, Wisconsin. 

Our award winning caramel is artisan made by our gourmet chocolatiers in our old world copper kettles which cooks our caramel at a slow consistency to provide our gourmet buttery flavor that no one can match.

Amy's uses only velvety, world-class Belgian Chocolate from Brussels as our base chocolate in everything we make. It is a "Couverture" chocolate which means it has more than 31% cocoa butter. The nuts are also freshly roasted in small batches to obtain optimal freshness.
